Refund & Returns Policy

1. Last-Stock Policy

DuGuud specialises in last-stock inventory — once it's gone, it's gone. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@duguud.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the standard returns policy applies. To request a cancellation, email admin@duguud.co.za with your order number.
