Welcome to DuGuud. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
All products listed on DuGuud are genuine, brand-new, last-stock items sourced from authorised South African retailers. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We accept credit cards, Instant EFT, and mobile money. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.
DuGuud sells last-stock inventory. Stock levels are shown on each product page and are updated in real time. If an item sells out after you've placed an order but before payment is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation via The Courier Guy. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location in South Africa. Free delivery applies to orders over R1 000. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
Due to the last-stock nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@duguud.co.za and we will resolve the issue. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
All content on this website — including product images, brand names, and logos — are the property of their respective owners. DuGuud is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands we sell unless explicitly stated.
DuGuud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
